Family Pictures

It's been about a month since we made our big announcement and I am just now getting back in the swing of things. I've had photo sessions, craft projects, schoolwork, shared learning, birthdays and so much more going on but, I am determined to keep up this blog! I have a few posts in the works but, none ready to share quite yet. So, I realized that I still haven't blogged our family photos! What!? Crazy I know. I'm usually all over pictures. Getting them edited and shared as quickly as possible but, the sad thing is, when it comes to my family's photos, I tend to procrastinate a bit.

I love picking the outfits, choosing a location and the day of is always so exciting! It's just the processing and post session tasks that get me in a funk. Anyway, I've had these done for a while now and I shared a few to FB last month but, I'd like to post a few here just because I love them so much! My wonderfully talented aunt always helps me out, since the remote thing can be kind of tricky sometimes, and I am always so pleased with what we come up with. This year we borrowed a red vintage 1963 Ford truck as a prop and boy do I love the photos with it in them the best! We try to plan our photos about once a year (much like many other families) and we always wear some kind of church appropriate attire. Well, next year we'll have one more little one to wrangle so I'm thinking we may do something a little more casual but, we'll see. I have lots of time to plan right?! ;)

P.S. Don't mind Blake's very somber appearance in the group shots. He really wasn't mad I promise! He's just a bit shy if Mommy or Daddy don't do something silly to get him to show his smile.

This last one of the boys at our neighbors historic home is one of my favorites. They're a bunch of little stinkers but they have sweet personalities and love being together. That's part of what makes it so hard to get a good shot of all three of them! They have too much fun to pay attention to mama! LOL

Anyway, have a wonderful week and I pray God will bless you immeasurably!
